Three Cheese Baked Ziti

I tried a new recipe tonight and wanted to share the love.

Finding Joy in My Kitchen's, SnoWhite, came up with a scrumptious baked ziti. She uses whole wheat pasta, but to make ours gluten-free, I used brown rice penne.

It was better that scrumptious.

It was heavenly.

And the choir is singing.

Visit here for the recipe.

The sunshine visited us today. My plan was to start our tomato, spinach, lettuce, and petunia seeds in the greenhouse.

Instead, my Mary Jane's magazine arrived.

I planted the seeds in my mind.

But never set foot in the greenhouse.

Tomorrow is another day.

And I don't feel the least bit guilty!

Can I join you in not feeling guilty for not getting the tomatoes started today? It has been on my "to do" list for about 3 weeks, but I haven't gotten there yet.

That recipe looks really good. It looks like you are finding lots of really nice ones. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Kim,
I'm new to your blog. I've seen your comments on other blogs that I read and finally got around to checking yours out.
Your story about grocery shopping and the pick up line made me laugh. that is funny!

I also need to look into this Mary Jane magazine that everyone talks about.

Have a wonderful day!

oh, yea! I'm so happy that you enjoyed it -- and how wonderful to know that you can make it with GF pasta.
